Aukeo Living ("Aukeo," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit aukeoliving.com (the "Site"), when you communicate with us, or when you access the Aukeo LP Portal.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including when you complete a contact form, subscribe to Aukeo Insights, request LP portal access, or communicate with us by email. Such information may include your name, professional title, organization, email address, phone number, mailing address, investor accreditation status, and the substance of your inquiry.
We also collect information automatically when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and dates and times of access. This information is collected through cookies, log files, and similar technologies for site analytics, security, and functionality purposes.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to: respond to your inquiries and provide information about Aukeo funds, adaptive reuse partnerships, and investment programs; verify investor eligibility for LP portal access; deliver Aukeo Insights communications you have requested; comply with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations including anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer requirements; operate, maintain, and improve the Site and LP portal; and protect Aukeo, our investors, and third parties from fraud or other harm.
Disclosure of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to: fund administrators, auditors (including PwC), legal counsel (including LePore Law Group), tax preparers, and other professional service providers who assist us in operating the platform; regulators, government authorities, and law enforcement as required by applicable law, court order, or subpoena; and successors in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or reorganization. Service providers are contractually required to protect the confidentiality of your information and use it only as authorized.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (Aukeo does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA). If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer and processing.
