The Aukeo Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Policy documents the plans and procedures by which the firm continues critical operations during disruption events. The policy is tested at least annually and updated based on results.
Critical functions
The firm has identified critical operational functions — capital calls, distributions, LP communications, portfolio oversight, and regulatory reporting — and has documented recovery procedures for each.
Alternative sites
The firm maintains remote-work capability for all personnel and, where relevant, alternative physical sites for functions requiring in-person continuity.
Data recovery
Firm data is backed up on a defined schedule, with backups tested periodically. Recovery objectives are documented for critical systems.
Testing
The plan is tested at least annually. Results are documented and reviewed by the Audit Committee.
